Carrie Morris, former Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations, founded Nanny Pros, Inc. back in 2005.   After her twins were born (in 2004), and having gone through multiple nanny searches herself, spending thousands of dollars and without any real guidance through the process, she decided to put her career on hold to do her part to mend what she (and other’s) considered to be a broken model. 

Passionate about the art of nanny-family matchmaking, Carrie now encourages a model that is truly dedicated and focused on the children and from there focuses on each family’s individual and specific needs while simultaneously addressing the needs and wants of the care provider.   Her commitment and that of her staff is to the entire process of the nanny-family search, from the beginning to the “happily never-ending” … and every step in between.
