Our Background Checks, Personality Assessment and screening include Social Security checks, Sex Offender, 7-year Criminal,  5-year driving record, 3 references, and an in-depth Personality Assessment. Caregivers have a minimum of two years experience, First Aid, CPR and are willing to give a minimum of a one year commitment or longer.
